Everybody at some point in time dreams of life on the family farm. What would it be like to live in an idalic rural setting depending on just yourself and nature to provide?. The truth is, it’s really tough both economically, and just plain difficult hands-on labor.
The crush on family farms is getting a little relief from technology. This September, MSU is hosting the Great Lakes Tek Flex event in Benton Harbor, Mich. It will showcase how new technology can help the farm and lighten the load while increasing yields. It’s a very cool article and I hope I get a chance to attend the two-day event.
