As I cut the lawn the other day, I heard a loud buzz, like a giant bumble bee. I looked up to see a drone a couple of hundred feet up streaming above my house. It moved with purpose, definitely on a mission. My thoughts immediately went to who sent it, where is it going, is it official or rogue, and is it flying with the camera up?
These were all thoughts I would not have even formulated 10 or 15 years ago. It is very interesting how quickly technology enters our lives and then becomes commonplace.
At the FIFA World cup, the TSA had been dealing with a lot of rogue drones. Secure air space rules apply over all stadiums and people don’t seem to grasp them yet. I guess toys have rules too!
